  A little more about me...

Everyone has those special days that they celebrate- Birthdays,Wedding Anniversaries, Valentines Day well... I have an extra one, August 10, 2005- the day fitness became an important part of my life. I got tired of constant yo-yo dieting and unhappiness with my weight so I decided to take charge. I picked up a fitness magazine at a local store and gave the workout routine and diet a try, I got hooked!! From then on, life got better and the rest became history. I discovered that fitness could change my life forever. I started working out, eating healthy and in the process I started seeing changes in my body that I thought were not even possible, hence leaving me passionate about fitness.
